Hi,
This indicates a problem with the setting "backend CSS" of the HikaShop configuration. It should normally be set to "default".

You can tell what the name of css file? ?

/media/com_hikashop/css/backend_default.css
If you don't have the file or you "damaged" it, unzip the HikaShop install package, find it there in /media/css/backend_default.css, then copy it to the above location.

Good to know.
Note: typically there's no reason to mess with core files. Most everything can be done the proper way with overrides.
Studying the documentation helps. E.g. on CSS see here:
