Problem with CONTACT_US_FOR_INFO

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.0.
-- PHP version -- : 7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox

In product page use CONTACT_US_FOR_INFO, i have 2 problem.
1. After click to OK button send email, but not show a system message, for example: "Message sent or thank you for e-mail"
2. When i get a mail with contact info, the product url link refer for the backend product page.
Could you help me to solve this problem?

I'm sorry but I don't see any bug or problem here.
The contact form is send to the administrator who have an access to the backend and should access to all backend elements (products, customer, orders, etc).
So I'm afraid that I can't help you for a problem that I can't understand.

1. I’ve got the following problem: If a potential buyer sends a message, they don’t get any feedback wheather the message has been sucessfully sent. Is it possible to set up this function?
2. If I answer the mail of a potential buyer and they click on the link of the product that they find it the letter, they get to the backpage of the administrator where they won´t be able to check on the product before buying it. Is it possible to modify the link in the letter so that the potential buyer gets to the frontend page?

1. There is a message displayed to the user that the message has been sent. If you don't see it, it means that your template is hiding it:

2. You would have to edit the "contact" email via the menu System>Emails (business edition) in order to change the link.

Like Nicolas wrote in his message, he explained that with HikaShop Business you can edit the email content in order to change the content (so the link into) ; but there is not setting, there was never any mention of that.

So in the HTML part, you need to replace the tag By the tag
