Front End category appear twice

Dear Support,

Just did a complete Fresh install of all using the Gavick StoreFront template.

Once I create a category, the Cateogry list menu shows same categories twice.

Can you, please try to switch to protostar template ?
- If the issue disappear, then the root is from your template => contact his creator
- If the issue is still here, can you provide a link in order to see a concrete example and process some tests, because lots of different things can leads to this kind of display issue.

I can't see the link so I don't know if it's related, but with settings as on screenshot, all children categories are displayed twice.
In file components\com_hikashop\views\category\tmpl\listing_list.php from line 95
$this->rows holds all categories to display.
Each child category is first time displayed in first foreach loop (line 100) and then also in second foreach loop on line 129

Actually if you only have that issue with one template then you should check that you don't have any views customization via "Hikashop->Display->Views".

Went at the suggested place and found a pletor of customized views associated to the Gavick template. Deleted the customization for all of them -took me a while- .

Still need another problem to get fixed before I can tell you if that was the trick.
