Google Shop Plugin generated URLs

Hi - our customer is using Google Shop and we are generating the XML file from the plugin which is being picked up and fed into Google. This works OK but the generated URL e.g. www.naturalenzymes.co.uk/index.php?optio...r-insect-spray-100ml seems to land on a page which is unknown to Joomla (although it displays) and so doesn't display relevant modules like the logo, shopping cart etc.

Clearly there's a bunch of stuff in the URL which is not in the simpler URLs you see when using the site normally.

Is there an answer to this? Are we doing something wrong?

It is because the URL do not have any Joomla menu (parameter "ItemId") in it.

Yes - I see that but that doesn't really answer the question. What can be done about this because the generated URLs are then useless because shoppers arriving via Google Shopping links get an unusable page?

You should really set a "item id" in your plugin configuration to have working links ; really.
