I cannot figure out why, backend are identical, can you advise ?

changing the css - I have to find every product where the button is not in line, and edit that css ? there's over 1000 products,

does anyone know why 3 products, exactly the same in every way, would display differently ?

We don't have a link to that page and your website is in maintenance so it's impossible to tell. We would need to analyze the page HTML/CSS to tell you why it does that.
