Missing entries in the left explorer

Hello dear team.
I have the following problem. From a certain number of manufacturers and categories, the Explorer on the left side shows me only a part of the entries. If I then interfere, parts reappear. Is there a way to increase the number of entries.

I tried to reproduce the problem on my end but I don't have it.
Please try clicking on the "rebuild" button of the categories listing.
