Removing '1 item in stock' from product photos

Hi
I would like to remove the '1item in stock' flag from product photos. Have tried numerous things including the language overrides. Cant find anything in the forum either. Do you know how I can do this?

Hi,

A translation override of that line:
X_ITEM_IN_STOCK="%s item in stock"
will do the job here.
Please note that there are two translations you need to change. You also want to change:
X_ITEMS_IN_STOCK="%s items in stock"
