Send files in order

How can I do so that a client can send me a file with an order?
Can Hikashop do it?

Hi,

Yes. You can create either a custom field of the table "item" (for each product in the order, on the product page) or of the table "order" (for the whole order, during the checkout) and of the type "ajax file" for that.
You can do that via the menu Display>Custom fields.
