Customer connected to 2 usergroups was created by janvankuijk
-- url of the page with the problem -- : dekreij.nl/horeca
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.1.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.6
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.18
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : alle
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : -
We connected a customer to 2 usergroups. The reason is that we want to give him the standard pricelist, but for some products a lower price.
In the configuration is that the lowest price has to be calculated.
The problem is that Hikashop don´t use the lowest price, but the price of te original pricelist.
What can go wrong?

Hi,
There is indeed no system to select the lowest price. There is a system to select the price based on the quantity in the cart and the "minimum quantity" setting of the prices. Then, it will use one price randomly. Normally, you're not supposed to have several prices for the same quantity for the same user.
I suppose that if you change the order of the prices in the product, it will hopefully change the selected price. So that would be worth a try.
