category display strange

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.2_
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13 Stable
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.33

we need to show categories in a grid format. However, it displays straight down and NOT in a grid. unless I am missing something, I cannot figure out how to send you a pm on your web site. perhaps things would be resolved much faster if there was a PM option to attach with a message?

I could send you login details, BUT, there is no place for a PM - or am I missing that option on this form???
