Add to Cart button missing from product details page, but appears on category

Add to Cart button missing from product details page, but appears on category view. I have the Add to Cart button turned ON and my Hikashop is NOT set to catalogue mode. Is there anything that I missed that needs to be checked?

The button is there on your link. It's just hidden by custom CSS you've added on your end to hide the area where the button is displayed:
