I'm using product options on my site and it displays an (i) icon next to the options on the product page. I understand that this is supposed to popup a description window. This is not working on either my own site or the Hikashop demo site:
I can see in the page code there is a hidden span class="hikashop_option_info" block that has loaded the descriptive product text but clicking, hovering etc does nothing and the pop up does not display.
Just hover on the (i) with your mouse and you'll see the description of the option showing up.
If you want a popup to open when you click on it, you want to enter the URL to a joomla article in the "brand URL" setting of your option product.
There are no options for that.
However, you can change the size by editing the file product / option.php via the menu Display>Views.
