Related product

Hello,

Not a long time ago, when a product was added to Related products, the link between the two products was working in both ways and the second product used to become Related product to the first one as well.

Now this is not working the same way. We need to add a Related product for the second product as well towards the first one.

Is there any change in the way that Related products work?

It's regarding new test installation of 4.4.3

Hi,

Check the setting "Make product association in both ways" in the HikaShop configuration.
If that setting is turned off, then it won't be working both ways, so maybe that setting has been turned off on your website ?
