Price with and without VAT are the same

Hello,

I am new to Hikashop and I encounter problems with the VAT. I adjusted the VAT and the VAT is calulated correctly in the backend (see screenshot 1). But in the frontend the prices with and without VAT are the same.

Could you please assist me?

If that doesn't help, please provide a screenshot of the System>Taxes menu so that we can see what tax rules you set up.
Also, Are you logged in on the frontend or logged out ? If you're logged in, do you have an address created for your user ?
