-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.2
-- Joomla version -- : 4.2.9
-- PHP version -- : 8.0
I am using custom fields and theextended latin characters (öüóőúűáí) shows great on the admin area, both the custom field editing and product editing. But when I display it on the frontend all of them just missing. Is it some kind of character coding issue? Or html cleaning method?

Hi,
I don't have the issue on my end.
Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of the custom field with the issue ? Could you provide the URL of a page with the issue ?

Hi,
That's strange, the ő in the "Salmoil Recipe 1" product is displaying fine, so I don't see why the "é" wouldn't in the seconde product.
Could you provide a backend and a FTP accesses so that we could check on the situation more in depth ?
You can provide these via our contact form:

Please make sure you include a link to this thread for reference.

Hi,
Thanks for the access.
I was able to reproduce the probblem and made a patch to fix this. Download again the HikaShop install package on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the patch.
