Can not change the default page title

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.4
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 8.1.16

I use your menu item in order to list products. The default title value of the HTML page is "product category". In the setting of the menu item, I set the value of
Browser Page Title
to
My Products.
But in the tab title I can see only "product category"

So the value of "Browser Page Title" is ignored

Look under the "HikaShop options" tab of your menu item. You'll find the "use menu item title instead of category name" setting.
You must have that setting turned off.
So you can either activate that setting, or edit your "product category" category to change its name and that will change the title.
