Hello!
How can i disable the view of count of available products in front-end?

Hi,

You can use a translation override of that text in order to change it and empty:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify
You want to override the translation keys X_ITEM_IN_STOCK, X_ITEMS_IN_STOCK and NO_STOCK
