After Upgrade to J5 Product Description not shown in back end

Just upgraded to Joomla 5.1.4 and now the Product Description is not showing in the backend (see screenshot attached).

I have checked:

Back end CSS formatting is DEFAULT
I have renamed the /templates/my_template/html/com_hikashop folder as there were overrides there.

The language file had to be reloaded so I have saved this.

Anything else to check please?

Update: This was working in the TEST environment.

Seems to be browser dependent - appears to work in MS Edge and Safari but not FireFox or Chrome.

Hi,

It's probably an conflict between something on the browser, the HTML editor, and the customization system.
Go to the bottom of the product edit form, and in the green area, click on the button to turn off the customization system.
It should help.

I found that it was working correctly 24 hours later so maybe something reset.....
