Add to Cart button disappearing, then showing quantity

-- PHP version -- : 8.3.15

For some reason, when you click "Add to Cart" this button disappears and the quantity button appears. This is really confusing as it's not very obvious that you have added a product to the cart.

How can it be set to always show the "Add to Cart" button and the quantity button together?
