Variants not working

I just don't understand what is going on. I was alerted by a customer that they cannot pick the options they want for my product. The variants do not show up at all. They just disappeared and I cannot fix it after hours of hassles.

I'm not sure. Try turning off the "Characteristic dynamic display" setting of your HikaShop configuration page:

Wouldn't that affect all the variant characteristics? All are working fine but these 2 pages?

It didn't work, messed up my working ones. Use to work fine, not sure what happened or what I need to do.

Well, you didn't say that it was limited to 2 products only so I thought it was a global problem on your website.

I've looked into it further, and it seems to come from some custom javascript code added to your pages:

It adds a display: none to the rows of the characteristics listing.
