issue with category display + discounts not working

Hello
First issue is on my category page - www.beeswaxcandleshop.com/store/beeswax-votives-tealites.html
If you click on - Beeswax Votives (Bulk Packs) - the page does not open
At the bottom of the page I made a copy of it and it opens - how do I fix this??

2nd issue is - the discounts do not appear to be working properly - I have a 10% discount on all votives turned on for just one scent - lavender - but the discount goes on to all the scents - I just had lavender selected??

1. It seems that you've activated the "Force canonical URLs on listings" setting of the HikaShop configuration, and that you've configured an incorrect canonical URL for this product, leading to the page not opening when the URL is being used.
Please check.

2. Please provide a screenshot of the settings of that discount.

Thank you - I emptied the canonical file and it displays ok now.
Regarding "Force canonical URLs on listings" - It was set to "Use canonical url if specified" - I changed it to "No, generate the urls" Is this a better setting? (NOT SURE HOW TO HANDLE CANONICAL URLS?)


Regarding discounts - I decided to put all scents on sale rather than just one - and it is working ok for now.

Which is better is hard to say because it depends on what you want to do and what problem you have.
If you're not sure, the best is to set the "Force canonical URLs on listings" setting to "No, generate the urls". You can read more about it here:

Also, I would recommend you fill the "canonical URL" of your products with the current main URL of your products. This can help with SEO in some cases.
