customise the order emails

This is a query about functionality not a problem.
Is is possible to edit the look of the order emails sent out to customers using css and is it possible to change the text? I am assuming that the answer to both questions is yes but I have not been able to find where.

Hi,

Yes. For the text, like any text in Hikashop, you can change it with translation overrides:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify
Then, the modification of the HTML/CSS of the emails is a feature of the Business edition that you will find under the menu System>Emails.
