Terms and Conditions popup displays "Articles"

During the checkout phase, the popup Terms and Conditions modal shows the unnecessary word "Articles" of Joomla articles. How can I remove the word "Articles" from the Terms and Conditions popup?

Please see screenshot. How to remove the word "Articles"?

Thanks!

Hi,

Here is a thread which talks about that:
www.hikashop.com/forum/4-how-to/57121-re...s-and-condition.html

Long scary and confusing code change instruction but end up in a simple short answer, luckily right before the moment I fainted and wanted to give up.

Great! It works. Thanks!
