add to cart pop-up background

Hi. I have a background image on my template and the add to cart is picking it up. Is there a way to just show a white background?

Yes. That's actually the way your template is done. Ideally, you should contact your template provider in order to ask them about that since the background of the popups is defined in the template.
It should be in one of the CSS file called by the component.php file of your template.
