Hello! My problem is that after selecting add to cart and the payment and shipping methods , the checkout does not work. It just appears a blank page. What should i do?

Do you have the latest version of HikaShop ? In case, can you download it through our website and install it again ?
Did you done some modifications through one of the checkout view's file ? You have maybe wrongly edited it.

Yes I did the modifications and it's still not working and I have the latest version of Joomla.

Turn on the debug mode and error reporting options of the joomla configuration and try again. That should display an error message instead of a blank page.

This means that either that file was altered wrongly or not uploaded properly before the install process.
Please install again HikaShop on top and it should then work.
