Change Post Code to Post/Zip Code

I would like to change the label of "Post Code" in the registration form of the registration switcher to say "Post/Zip Code", I tried to change it in the language file but it did not change it.

Go in the menu Display>Custom fields, edit your post code custom field and you can change it there.
