3. I turn on "multiple cart" remove all carts, then turn off "multiple cart", and register a new user, but problem repeated. Just try this: login on site - add some new products in cart - logout from site - add some products again - then login again and finish the order, and old products appear in cart when order completed

5. Please give me some advices to solve this problem. I can only add - all works ONLY when "Checkout SEF name" have standart name "checkout", when I remove him the component redirect me on empty pages, when I change this name, instead of normal page cart I get some page with link on strange cart and on wishlist

5. When I use "Checkout SEF name" in HikaShop configuration, link of checkout page looks like site.com/kosarica/checkout.html and after registration the checkout page go on empty page site.com/kosarica/checkout/activate_page/lang-hr.html
When I not use "Checkout SEF name" in HikaShop configuration, link of checkout page looks like site.com/kosarica.html but I can not visit checkout page

P.S. I was uploaded site on hosting and now you can see him: basilurcaj.com

Hi,

3. For what I read about your process, it is not linked with "multiple cart" system.
If you add some products while not being logged, the cart will be link to the user session.
For the cart when the user is logged, the link will be done on the user id.
So, for HikaShop, it is two different carts for two different "accounts", even if it's the same person.

5. Thanks for the website link.
The checkout SEF name allow HikaShop to understand when the checkout is "called" ; but if you use the option "force menu on checkout", you can have an a fixed menu for the checkout (and choose the url which will be used).
So the best for you will be to create a specific menu for the checkout and assign it in the HikaShop configuration.

3. Yes, but when user finish order in "user id session", the old orders from "guest session" pass on "user id session". Maybe the old "guest session" must be deleted when user login on site? Or I must solve this problem, if yes then how?

4. I create new menu item with type "HikaShop » Checkout" then I chose him in "Force a menu on the checkout", please looked the screenshots:

Hi,

Xavier asked you the status on your point "3" ; if you have solve the issue or not.

3. Yes, but when user finish order in "user id session", the old orders from "guest session" pass on "user id session". Maybe the old "guest session" must be deleted when user login on site? Or I must solve this problem, if yes then how?

And if not, please re-explain it. Because the process you describe is not the HikaShop process for the management of carts ; so it's difficult to give you a solution the process you described.
