View popup terms and conditions on mobile device

View website on desktop: when clicking on the terms and conditions link during the checkout a popup opens with the appropriate article. everything works fine.

View website on mobile device: but when clicking on the terms and conditions link when viewing on a mobile device, for instance iPhone or iPad. The scrollbar within the popup disappears and the article stretches outside the popup window.

For an example check this website: www.workaholicfashion.net view it on an iPad or other mobile device and try to view the terms and conditions. You will see what my problem is.

Is there a fix for this problem? I want the article with the Terms and Conditions to be shown within the popup window when viewing on a mobile devices.

I allready tried different popup modes (mootools, bootstrap) but that didn't work.

Hi,

With the popups it's not easy to manage for mobile devices.
What can be done is to edit the css properties of the iframe in your template css file in order to make it responsive.

The HikaShop css is not loaded in popups.

Another way could be to disable the terms and conditions default field. Create a new order custom field with the type "checkbox" and set only one value like "MY_TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS", set it as required and finally add a translation in the override part like:

MY_TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS="<a href=' thelink.to/your/article ' target='_blank'>Please accept the Terms and Conditions before proceeding</a>"

This way it will open the terms and conditions in a new window / tab instead of having a popup.

Sorry for bring up this old topic but i have similar problem
In administration panel when i work with order status on PC everything is fine but working with pop up on iphone or ipad is a big problem
I cant scroll down because there no scrollbar on pop up at all and its hard for me to deal with orders

Please see to change the popup mode in your HikaShop configuration.

Otherwise you will have to check your template CSS in order to fix how the popup is displayed in small devices.
