can't get to the checkout?

Can you please have a look at my test site, I have searched forums long and hard and I'm stuck. I can't figure out how to add the shipping, I have shipping set at $10, via Australia Post and it's not showing in cart and I can't get to the checkout page. I'd be happy to send admin access, if you could please have a quick look, I'm at my wits end.

It looks like you modified the "checkout workflow" option of the configuration in a wrong way. Please put back the default workflow.
Also, if you're using the Australia Post shipping plugin, you need to have weight and dimensions entered for your products so that Australia Post servers can calculate the fee automatically based on that and the customer address.
If you want a fixed fee of $10, then you don't want to use the Australia Post plugin and instead, you want to configure a HikaShop manual shipping method.

Thanks for that, it's looking better, I have added the manual shipping and that's working. I have restored workflow to default settings, however, I have tried to progress to the checkout via registration and log in and nothing happens. I'm still missing something, would you mind having a look. What I'd really like to achieve is to get to the paypal page with as little effort as possible, not too many hoops for customers to jump thorough. Thanks

Firstly, Can you give more information about your issue ? What do you exactly mean by "nothing happens" ?
Also, can you show us some screenshot of how did you configured your checkout workflow ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout") through some screenshots ?
