product successfully added to cart popup disappear

When you add a product to your cart, a popup appears saying "Product has been successfully added to cart." and gives you two options.

However the popup only stays visible for about 2 seconds before it dismisses itself.

In the HikaShop backend, go to System -> Configuration -> Main tab -> Cart. There you'll find the parameter "Notice popup display time". Set the value to your liking and save.

I have the same issue, but I don't see any "Notice popup display" in Configuration, I see:
Cart
Clean cart when order is confirmed
Maximum number of items in the cart Unlimited
URL where you will be redirected when the cart is empty
...
Allow users to print their cart

Any change since 3 years ago?
