Check Out Cart

Hello, Recently customers can't use the check out cart because the arrow option part is missing from the website page so they can't even select what they want to do? I have attached a screen shot to show you. I just filled in version of Joomla above so I could submit this. I am not sure which version I have. I will try and find out now. Please advise. Thank You

Are you talking about the Joomla or the HikaShop version ?
It seems to be more HikaShop version. Just for information, our latest version is 2.3.4

Regarding your issue, it seems that there is an override, and this is this override which is broken, so you will have to edit it.
As we don't know what have been done in this override we can't really help you.

Sorry but I don't really understand your question.

If you want to update your Joomla version, you can do it, update to the latest 2.5.x version.
It's the most stable version.

You can too update HikaShop if it's not up to date, we always improve it and correct some bugs.
