hika sends wrong payment confirmation mail

On my client voetbalgek.info I face the problem that a payment using ideal plugin a confirmation mail send, while the payment process just before final is uncompleted.

Any good advise?
And another one: how configure and/or text in confirmation mails?

Hi,

The order creation notification email which is sent by HikaShop when an order is created at the end of the checkout can be disabled via the menu System>Emails available with the Business edition. That's also where you can customize the emails.
And if you just want to change the text of the emails, you can do it with translation overrides:
