chekout progress error

When I confirm the order end of the process, url " www.comesasnc.com/index.php?option=com_h...op&ctrl=1&Itemid=576 " Error 404 - Page Not Found: 1.
I also tried to force the menu item "force menu on checkout" but I always get the same error.

Hi,

Please check that you do not have overrides for your checkout pages.
It looks like your "checkout / step" view have a wrong URL where the controller parameter is "1" instead of "checkout".

II was actually in the parameter Joomla SEF inactive and have enabled, now no longer gives error but does not proceed with the order, is always on the page (refresh) and if I click on the "Confirm" button does not conclude the order.

Hi,

You have a javascript error in your checkout page. That error means that you do not have Mootools in your website but because you have some mootools popups (squeezebox), you have that error.
Problem is that all the javascript after that line is not processed. So when you click on the button to validate the checkout, the javascript is not processed and the variable to indicate that the checkout is completed is not fill by the javascript.
