upload field (AJAX) not working on iPad

Hi,

I use the AJAX upload field for customers to upload photo's. This works fine on all desktop and laptop pc's. But the upload doesn't work on iPads (wich is used more and more by customers). I updated to the latest version of Hikashop, but after that the upload didn't work at all anymore (even not on desktop pc). So I downgraded again to 2.5.0. Can you please take a look at this?

Can you reproduce the issue in our demo website ?
I made a test in the demo website (the product edition in the backend ; which use the same upload library) and the upload was fine (the demo website does not allow the thumbnail generation but the file was uploaded).

Well, I made an uploadfield, but cant configure the allowed filetypes? So it doesn't work. The strange thing is that it does allow png files on the iPad... But jpg files all have the same name (image.jpg) while uploading, maybe that is the cause?
