Advanced Date Picker Bug?

Hi,

I'm using a custom field (order) with the HikaShop Advanced Date Picker plugin to enable the user to select a preferred delivery date during the checkout process.

This works fine in the preview for the Admin backend of the site but in the front end no pop-up appears. The user can still manually enter and save a date.

I've tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and it is the same behaviour for all browsers. A screen shot is attached. Note the calendar icon is slightly out of line with the text box (in the back-end preview it is correctly aligned).

Please could you investigate.

Hi,

If you open your browser's javascript console you can see this:
take.ms/bdLus
That error indicates that there is some javascript conflict between your template or another module and the chosen library of Joomla.
I suppose that you must have activated the "use chosen library" setting of the HikaShop configuration.
Turn it off and that should solve the javascript error, which in turn will allow the javascript initializing the date picker to work.

You are correct. Switching off the "Use chosen library" option fixed the problem.
