Checkout comment message and date picker plugin

I have the date picker plugin disabled in the Hikashop configuration. In the checkout it reads "Delivery date Plugin datepickerfield missing or deactivated". How do I have this not be there? Also, how can I change the Comment message in the textarea?

You can edit these custom fields via the menu Display>Custom fields of HikaShop. There you'll find options to disable them or modify the message, etc.
