Blank emails

Our site crashed from a rush of people to our site. Now our emails for notifications of creating an account and all other notification emails are blank. Can you give me the info that should be there? Or is this documented somewhere I did not see?

Mmm.
This would indicate that you're missing the files in the folder media/com_hikashop/mail on your website.
Extract them from the folder media/mail of the HikaShop install package and upload them in that folder of your website and you should get them back.
