Don't go to checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.28
-- PHP version -- : 5.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox 47
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : redirect to the HP

Hikashop has always worked fine, lately when the customer click on GO TO CHECKOUT botton after add the product to the cart, dDon't go to checkout and product disappear in the cart and there is a redirect to the HP.

How I can fix this?

It worked fine in all the tests I did.
Are you still able to reproduce the problem ?
Could you provide the exact steps ? What if you try with another browser ?

Hi, one customer after contact me with this problem was able to conclude his order, but my tests are the same with firefox e chrome last version, add a product into the cart, click the botton "go to checkout" and the cart is empty and I was redirected to the HP of the shop
