Extra quantity!

Hello guys!
We had a strange report from one of our clients. He has linux OS and when he choose a product in checkout process it shows different quantity in his cart, sometimes 5,6,7 and more! He cleared cache and tried again but same problem (in mozilla browser). also when he enter coupon, in cart shows that coupon added but final price doesn't change and show original price!

We've never had such a report from other OS and browsers but just for this client!

This looks like a caching issue.
Are you able to reproduce ?
If yes, try to deactivate the caching of Joomla and the Joomla system cache plugin or any other caching extension you might be using.

Thanks for your reply but we checked cache before and I disabled all cache plugins also the Joomla cache but same result. Also it happened when he chose his product for first time and not second time so I think it's not because of cache. It's very strange. It's the first time we see such a problem. Any other suggestion?

And maybe, if you think it's required a way to process in order to reproduce the issue.
