Cart shows shipping before address is entered

Upgraded to 3.0.0 and some weird things are happening. If you add a product to cart and then Proceed To Cart the cart screen lists your cart items and adds a shipping and total to that screen. (this screen is the cart screen and they haven't entered any shipping information yet) We have tons of shipping zones so there is no way for the system to know how much shipping is until they enter an address. How do I remove the shipping from the cart screen?

(I had originally thought that it was because the browser stored my address information, but if I open any new screen on a computer that hasn't ever accessed this site - it still includes shipping)

Hello,

HikaShop select by default the first shipping method Id, that's why I think it can see a selected shipping price.
In order to have a more logical workflow, go to :
- Components => HikaSHop => Configuration
- In Checkout tab, and in Checkout Workflow part
- Redfine another hierachy steps, maybe with Address form and after Cart view.
