Alternative Email address?

Is it possible to add an alternative email address to email the order info too?

So the scenario we have is our admin login and process telephone orders via the frontend. They then process the order on behalf of the client, so update the shipping address, is it possible to have a field in HK which can show on the address form and if it exists we also email this address the custom order emails?

Hi,

There is no option for that.
You would have to create a custom field via the menu Display>Custom fields, and then edit the emails in the menu System>Emails to add some code to add that custom field as BCC of the email.
