Cart clears when credit card fails

Presently, when testing the cart, if I put in an incorrect credit card, invalid funds etc instead of allowing me to simply add a different card, it is clearing the cart and I have to start again.

Is there a setting I am missing to simply allow a new card to be entered?

Hi,

Make sure that you set the "clear cart when order is" setting to "confirmed". If set to "created" the cart will be cleared when the customer is redirected to the payment gateway and if he cancels at that point, his cart will have already been deleted whereas if you set it to "confirmed", the cart will only be cleared after the payment, when coming back to the website.
