Click on proceed to checkout and it goes to a page that says login and end with a http link. Setup payment and shipping and still can't get cart module to work.

When you have a "blank" page like that on a Joomla website, the first thing to do is to activate the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration. Then go back to the page where you have the problem and you should then see an error message which will provide crutial information to be able to understand where the problem is coming from and what to do.
Please do that and provide the error message. Then we can tell you what to do.
