Once you go to TIENDA (shop), and choose any item, the checkout process doesn't advance,
With no error, keep staying on the same step. No advance.

Hi,

The link you provided didn't work:
monosnap.com/file/06o2hhnN2GjNvPjGeEFPEp5kq6tVUd
Try to use the default template of Joomla as sometimes templates don't display error messages.
Also, please provide a screenshot of the settings under the "checkout" tab of your HikaShop configuration.

Hi,

The way you configured your checkout, you're asking the customer to choose his shipping method before entering his address, but usually, the shipping methods available depends on the address entered by the user. So that's why it's cycling back to the shipping.

What you could try is to change the "checkout legacy" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to use the new checkout system. That might help.
But I would still recommend to change the checkout workflow to have the address before the shipping.

Hi!

I did the two actions recommended:
- I changed the shipping after the address in a separate step... but still cycling back
- I put all LEGACY to NO... now it says "Invalid token"

Hi,

It seems that you have an issue with the user session data being lost from one page to another.
Because of that after your filled in the address, if you refresh the 2 step of the checkout, you'll see again the address form.
So that explains why it's still cycling.
Try changing the "session handler" setting of the Joomla configuration.
It could also come from some caching or optimization extension so try deactivating these on your website.

Sorry, Nicolas:
I changed session handler to PHP.
No cache in settings, neither extension (that I could detect)

Same problem. :-(

Hi,

So do you still have that "invalid token" error ? Because I don't have it on your website.
Where do you get it exactly ?

Can you also make sure that you didn't uninstall or deactivate or set to another access level than "public" the HikaShop user synchronization plugin via the Joomla plugins manager ? HikaShop cannot work properly without that plugin.

Hi,

Wouldn't that be because you've turned back on the "checkout legacy" setting ?
Try turning it off but this time, clear your browser's cache and try again to purchase a product from the product page.
