Shipping method selection while checking out

Hi,
In our site, each product has different shipping method. However, we found that while in the checkout page user may selected the shipping method as the user attempted to continue purchasing and returned to purchasing page. When user come back to checkout page, the shipping options may be changed. but the system remembered the one was choiced and that may cause trouble to our delivery. How shall we make the system forget the shipping method? Thank you for supporting us!

If you made different shipping methods for different products (using different warehouses) then each product will have its own shipping method(s) on the checkout and if you come to the checkout with new products the system will ask the user to select the shipping methods for the new warehouses (products).
So I suppose that you must have configured your products/shipping methods differently but I don't know how.
