No countries dropdown in checkout for guest!

can someone please put some light on how to get country selection dropdwon while checkout on hikashop site, look at screenshot prntscr.com/nocjjm , no country dropdown is shown, it defaults to the country set in configs only, and due to that no other country people able to place orders.

Hi,

First, please make sure that you have zones of the type "country" in the menu System>Zones and that they are published.
If that's the case, then I can only think that there is a problem with the settings of your custom field address_country. Please provide a screenshot of its settings in the menu Display>Custom fields.
