Payment Page Error

This error message is displayed by HikaShop as a plugin is not behaving normally.
I'm suspecting the issue comes from the ccavenue plugin you're using as I don't know of any ccavenue plugin for HikaShop.
Can you try with another payment plugin like PayPal or "collect on delivery" to make sure that it comes from that plugin ?
If it comes from that plugin, then you can contact the developer of that plugin for help.
