Change title layout from H1 to Legend

Hi,
I'm new on Hikashop and HTML/CSS and I'd like to know how, on my website, to change the titles balise in the check out page from hi to legend.

When I inspect the area I find for the title:
<h1>Connectez vous ou créez un nouveau compte</h1>

I want to change to <legend> but i've no idea where to find the folder with this piece of code.

I would recommend you to first read this:

It explains how to edit view files in the menu Display>Views and how to find which view file to edit thanks to the "Display view files" setting of the HikaShop configuration.
With that, you'll see that it is the file show_block_login.php which has the line you're looking for:
echo '<h1>'.JText::_($title).'</h1>';
