User lose cart products after login was created by webconcept

Hi there,
I'm probably doing something wrong but I don't know how to solve it.
If a customer visits the website and starts to add products to the cart as a guest, then in the checkout he signs in the website with his login, he will lose every product in his cart and needs to start all over again. there's any way to simply login and keep the same cart or join the cart to the previous stored cart in his account?
Thanks for the help

Hi,
The cart should be retained automatically during the login/registration process.
This is done by the HikaShop user synchronization plugin.
If the cart is lost during the login/registration, the most likely cause is that this plugin has been disabled or its access is not set to "public", or the files of this plugin have been remove or renamed.
So please check on this.
