impossible to make VAT Nr optional

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.5.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.10

Hello,

in the "checkout" page there is a registration module where it is possible to indicate a VAT number if you are a professional.
My problem:
How do I make this option optional? Impossible for me to find how to do it.

Thanks for your help

Hi,

Go in the menu Display>Custom fields. There, edit the address_vat custom field and turn off its "required" setting.
